  • Shipping within India : We offer standard shipping on all orders within India. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

 

4. Order Tracking

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, please contact our customer service team via contact us page.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Havit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.
